U.s. Asks Prayers Court To Ban Trump From Seeing Nonpublic Documents

Former President Donald Trump has not handed evidence he declassified FBI- seized accoutrements from his Florida resort, the Justice Department asserted to a civil prayers court.

Chairman sued the Justice Department after the FBI searched his Florida home and country club, the department's attorneys stated late Tuesday.

If the government presents me prima facie evidence that this is classified and you do not claim declassification."

You can not have everything" Civil prosecutors said the prayers court that Trump's attorneys refused Dearie's request.

Trump has claimed, without evidence, that he declassified the documents. His attorneys have not claimed this in any court documents.
